With an oil capacity of 65-70 lb and 150,000 BTU of power this fryer is extremely efficient. A 14" x 19.5” tank size and twin fryer baskets allows you plenty of space to fry large quantities of food and keep up with customer demands.

The LG500 also comes with a large “V” shaped cold zone area that helps preserve oil used in the fryer by catching leftover food particles and cooling them, which prevents them from burning and tainting the oil.

Added Safety Features

A thermostat controls temperatures between 200° and 400°F (93°-204°C). The snap action millivolt thermostat control located behind the door, makes it easy for employees to adjust. Thanks to the millivolt system, the fryer requires no electrical hook-up, allowing you to use it wherever is most convenient.

The LG500 also features an automatic shut-off, protecting employees if the temperature gets too high.

Well-Crafted and Easy-to-Clean Design

The fryer’s front, top, and door as well as its tank are all constructed out of a sturdy stainless steel that’s built to last. The sides and back consist of a high grade, galvanized finish that won’t corrode over time.

The tank’s stainless steel basket hanger is completely removable making cleaning simple.
