The sauna's onboard computer system has 8 different pre-selected power settings and cycles through a new setting every 2 minutes. This allows TheraSauna™ to produce near, middle, and far infrared energy when this feature is utilized.
Micron Power Select allows you to vary the infrared output from each TheraMitter zone and control the infrared micron range during your sauna session.
The TheraMitters can be customized easily to a surface temperature between approximately 450 degrees F down to an amazing 126 degrees F. This is an extremely useful feature for multiple sauna users.
This patented, 7 Day Programmable Control allows you to set the desired time your sauna will turn on Monday through Sunday.
The patented MPS Touchview 3.0 Control is the newest TheraSauna upgrade. The touchscreen control allows you to customize your sauna sessions. Adjust time, temperature, infrared wavelength levels, and more! This smart tablet control pad allows you to make your new infrared sauna fully customizable to your exact session preferences.
This screen is a graphic illustration of how your different zones are working. It shows current and set temperatures and elapsed time left. Here you can set temperature and add time to your session. In SpectraWave mode, press to add time to your sauna session, and increase or decrease the set temperature. Levels are individually changed every two minutes automatically. This allows the user to experience a combination of near, mid and far-infrared wavelengths.
Enjoy relaxing, built-in sound therapy. The Audio Screen offers 5 unique & relaxing tracks that can be played during your sauna session. Choose from Rolling Waves, Oceanside, Jungle Symphony, Bubbling Brook, Peaceful Forest, or a mix of these for the perfect relaxing sound therapy during your sauna session.

Q: What is the TheraSauna 2-3 Person Infrared Sauna - TS5753?
A: The TheraSauna TS5753 is a spacious infrared sauna designed to comfortably accommodate 2-3 people. Made in the USA, it uses advanced infrared technology to provide a soothing and therapeutic experience, promoting overall wellness.
Q: What are the benefits of using an infrared sauna?
A: Infrared saunas help improve circulation, relieve muscle pain and tension, promote detoxification, enhance skin health, and provide relaxation by using heat that penetrates deeply into the body, unlike traditional saunas.
Q: Why choose the TheraSauna TS5753?
A: The TS5753 offers a perfect balance of size, comfort, and advanced infrared technology. Its spacious design makes it ideal for families or small groups, and its quality construction ensures long-lasting performance and reliability.
Q: Is it easy to maintain?
A: Yes, the TheraSauna TS5753 is designed for easy maintenance. Regular cleaning and proper ventilation will keep the sauna in great condition, and its durable materials ensure it continues to provide a high-quality experience for years to come.
Regular Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the interior surfaces with a soft cloth to remove sweat, moisture, and residue. Use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner suitable for wood surfaces. Avoid using harsh chemicals that can damage the wood or infrared heaters.
Clean the Heaters: Periodically dust and clean the infrared heaters with a soft brush or cloth. This ensures the heaters remain free from dust and debris, maintaining efficient performance.
Wood Care: Inspect the wooden panels for any moisture damage, cracks, or signs of wear. If needed, lightly sand the wood to maintain its smooth finish. Reapply a natural wood conditioner or oil to preserve its appearance.
Ventilation: Always open the sauna door slightly after each use to allow moisture and humidity to dissipate. Proper ventilation helps prevent mold growth and maintains a fresh environment.
Check Electrical Connections: Inspect the electrical components, such as wiring and control panels, for any signs of wear or damage. Make sure all connections are secure. If you notice any issues, it’s best to have a professional technician inspect the sauna.
Maintain the Control Panel: Keep the control panel clean and dry. Avoid using harsh chemicals or water directly on the panel. Wipe it with a soft cloth and ensure all buttons and settings are functioning properly.
Monitor Temperature & Humidity: While infrared saunas operate with low humidity, it's essential to monitor the temperature to ensure the sauna is reaching the desired levels. Use a thermometer and a hygrometer if necessary.
Floor Protection: Consider using a washable sauna mat or rug to protect the floor from excessive moisture and wear, while also helping to maintain cleanliness.
Test Regularly: Run the sauna for a short session periodically, even if not in use, to ensure all components—such as the heaters, fan, and controls—are operating correctly.
Annual Professional Check-Up: Schedule an annual inspection with a professional to evaluate the sauna’s overall condition. This includes checking the electrical system, heaters, and ventilation for any potential issues before they become problems.
