Daily Maintenance

• Rollers and Pins: Lubricate all rollers and pins with 90 wt gear oil or equivalent.

 Every Six Months

• Moving Parts: Conduct a visual inspection of all moving parts for possible wear, interference, or damage.

• Cable Tension: Check the equalizer tension of the cables and adjust them as necessary to ensure level lifting.

• Column Alignment: Verify that the columns are plumb and adjust if necessary.

• Rubber Pads: Inspect rubber pads and replace them if worn or damaged.

• Safety Devices: Reassess safety devices to ensure they are in good condition.
